The only way we can facilitate a replacement for different size or color, is if you send us the product back, we will verify that it has not been used and still has original tags and is not damaged. You will also need to send us $50USD change fee per item.

We will then immediately send you the same item in your new preferred color / size.

Arrived in 18 days in France. I'm not sure this bag is 100% waterproof. It is made of waterproof fabric but hey... To see.

I ordered dark grey (20l x 2, 30l x 1), blue (20l x 1) and bright green (20l x 1; BTW very bright! I might say it is neon green :D). Bags are very high quality. I liked them very much! Dark grey (same seller, different item - search from his items) are softer for touch. That explains why they cost a bit more than these bags. But blue/green bags are wider and shorter (in my opinion it's better to storage clothes inside backpack; dark grey bags are thinner and shorter - better for sleeping bags etc. to clip to backpack from outside). Thank you, friend! My recommendations!!! PS. bags are not completely 100% airtight - I put 2 x sleeping bags inside of 30L bag, compressed it as I could by hand, closed it and left it for few hours. Bag let air inside (was not as compressed as I left it). Most definitely it will keep water out, but it will not stay compressed. Temporary compression will still help you to pack your backpack tightly even without compression bags, but only temporary.
